Nathan Mozingo
Professional Background
A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics, Nathan Mozingo brings more than a decade of experience in development, facilities, capital improvements, project management and operations. His background combines the practical side of developing and improving properties with a strong understanding of budgeting, financial performance and the importance of creating spaces that work well for the people who use them.
Nathan spent much of his career with Roam, where he played an integral role in the company’s growth and expansion. He has guided projects through the complete development cycle – from site selection, lease negotiations and design through budgeting, development, construction and opening. His experience includes multiple new locations and expansions, as well as the successful delivery of a $22 million ground-up development encompassing core and shell, interiors and landscaping.
Throughout his career, Nathan has worked closely with architects, contractors, vendors, brokers and financial teams, giving him a unique ability to look at a project from both an operational and financial perspective. He has also been directly involved in schematic design and space planning, bringing an appreciation for how thoughtful design, functionality and aesthetics contribute to the success of a property.
During his time with Harrison Properties, Nathan will continue to partner with Roam Workplace Solutions, maintaining the relationships and development perspective he has cultivated throughout his career.
Client Services
At Harrison Properties, Nathan focuses on Facilities, Capital Improvements and Project Management, working closely with our property management team to help owners protect, maintain and continually improve their assets.
Nathan’s role extends beyond overseeing individual projects. He evaluates properties from a broader perspective – considering building systems and physical condition alongside landscaping, aesthetics, functionality, tenant experience and long-term capital needs. Whether addressing an immediate facility concern or planning a larger property improvement, Nathan helps determine not simply what can be done, but what makes sense for the property and the owner.
His extensive experience with budgeting, cost controls, value engineering, vendor selection and negotiations allows him to balance quality and long-term value with financial responsibility.
Nathan approaches his work with an ownership mindset and a genuine commitment to customer service. Faith, integrity and doing what is right are central to who he is, and those values are reflected in the way he works with owners, tenants, contractors, vendors and the Harrison Properties team.
Personal Interests
Outside of his professional life, Nathan’s greatest priorities are his faith and his family. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, an accomplished professional, and being actively involved in the lives of their children. From sporting events and piano recitals to Atlanta festivals and live music, Nathan values the time they spend together.
Nathan and his family also enjoy traveling to places they haven’t experienced before, and he especially enjoys camping with family and friends. When he’s closer to home, you’ll often find him following Atlanta sports or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
For Nathan, the same values that are important at home – faith, family, integrity, service and relationships – are also foundational to the way he approaches his professional life.
