Bank Accounts (checking or savings), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Debit Cards

Not when using a bank account to submit payments.  Credit cards incur a 2.95% service fee.  Debit cards incur of service fee of $3.95 for payments up to $999.99, $4.95 for payments between $1000.00 and $1,999.99, and $9.95 for all payments greater than $1,999.99.

Unfortunately, no. This service fee does not go to the property management company or property owner but covers Bank Fees, MC, Visa, or Amex fees, Yardi fees and Credit Card processing network fees.  The service fee is non-refundable and will not be displayed on your ledger.  However, it will be reflected in the receipt emailed to you after payment is submitted.

Once you have entered your bank account information, be on the lookout for a deposit labeled ACCTVERIFY into your bank account. This deposit will be less than $1.00 and will post within 1-2 business days.  Make note of the amount and log into the portal to select the Verify Now option under the Accounts tab to complete verification.

Payments can be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week through your tenant portal account. Late fees may be applied per your lease agreement.

Yes. Once a form of payment is added to the portal, an auto-pay feature is offered. Payments can be set to be drafted on the 1st through the 5th of the month.
